Aimee Kirkham is an independent photographer, based in Oxfordshire. She started the Oxford-photography website in 2007 to develop whilst working in the events industry.

 

She found her passion for photography whilst at college and went on to complete an art-based degree in 2005, with photography as her primary interest.  Aimee has now branched into freelancing for events such as parties, wedding, christenings and corporate functions, as well as studio based family portraits. 

 

To maintain her interest in portrait and landscape photography, Aimee travels to various places.  Much of her work whilst visiting Australia and New Zealand can be found on several stock photo websites.

 

Although new to freelancing, Aimee prides herself in her high standard of work and has a good eye for composition and lighting. She is creative, yet listens to the needs of her clients; which means individual beautiful photos that you'll treasure forever.

 

Aimee uses the latest digital SLR camera, has a portable studio with all the necessary lighting equipment and has a high expertise in photographic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.  This enables her to edit photos and add effects when needed.
