Coverage of your day; The coverage begins two hours before the ceremony,
with preparations of the Bride and groom, moving onto the ceremony venue
where we will photograph the arrivals and guests. It will continue through to
your drinks reception where we will photograph candids, details of the room
and portraits of the Bride and Groom, finishing with the speeches during your
wedding breakfast. Additional coverage of the first dance is available.
Included in the Package;
· You will receive an engagement shoot, for the three of us to get to know one another better and for me to find out your likes and dislikes of photography; including a 20×16 ‘signing board’ for your guests to sign at the reception.
· A second photographer will be in attendance until the beginning of your wedding breakfast.
· A DVD with a minimum of 300 fully edited images from your day, provided to you as high-resolution images for you to print yourself, in a beautiful leather presentation case (usage rights included).
· Tarka Album – A traditionally printed and mounted 9"x9" album, with 5
pages (18 images). Available in various layouts and colours. Upgrades
available.
· An password protected online gallery, for your guests to view and purchase images.
Wedding albums;
· Tarka Album – A traditionally printed and mounted 9"x9" or 13"x13" album, in various pages, layouts and colours. From £175
· Digi Album – Digitally printed and lay flat. Available in various sizes and page numbers. Individually designed and presented in a black box. From £225
· Folio Box - 15 of your favourite images, mounted and displayed in a beautiful box, with an easel to display the image of choice. £250
Guest books, parent albums, reprints, canvas prints and thank you cards available
Extended coverage; If you wish to extend your coverage to cover all of the
evening reception, or extended coverage of the preparations this is priced at
£75 per hour per photographer. A discount of £200 per package is applied if
you only require one photographer, however two photographers are
recommended for weddings of 50 or more guests.
A variety of parent albums are available;
· The ‘tiny’ album – one 4x3” album with traditional prints, designed as per a digi album, with 10 pages. £40
· The ‘mini’ album – four 5x3.75” replicas of the main ‘digi’ album. Individual designs available at an additional cost. £75
· The ‘circa’ album – 40-page, 9-inch square fabric album contains 40 un-mounted 7”x5” prints. £95
Additional DVD’s; These can be supplied at £35 per copy. All images will be
supplied in a leatherette presentation case with colour, high resolution Jpegs,
with usage rights, suitable to print at any photographic store/print booth. The
photographer will retain the right to use the images for their portfolio.
Discounts can be made if you require a albums but not a CD.
Terms and Conditions;
A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure your date. The
remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date; by cash, cheque or
bank transfer. Failure to pay by this date will be deemed as cancellation of the
photographic services. Any cancellations made up to 30 days before
the wedding will incur a charge of 100% of the final package fee.
All additional services must be paid for in full on ordering. This includes extra
prints, albums, special editing of images, high resolution digital files and long
term galleries.
A second photographer will be attendance unless requested otherwise. In all
circumstances, the second photographer is there to take candid shots and the
detail shots of the wedding that the main photographer may miss when
photographing the couple. Discounts may be applied if you do not wish to have
a second photographer in attendance, depending on the size of your wedding
party and at the discretion of the main photographer.
The gallery will be delivered two weeks after the wedding. The final album will
be delivered approximately 4 weeks after you’ve chosen your images. Copyright
remains with Oxford-photography unless otherwise agreed.
A charge of 40p per mile travel expenses for all trips to and from the wedding
venue will be incurred for weddings outside of Oxfordshire.
Adjustments can be made to packages; if there is something you would like
